  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and inserts.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

  • Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item, ensuring all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included. Affix the provided return label with the RAN clearly visible on the package.

  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the item back to the address provided with your RAN.

  5. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may grant a partial refund at our discretion (e.g., minor damage to packaging, or significant use of the returned product).

  • Refused Refunds: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will notify you of the reason for the refusal.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
